Although there are so many economical and lightweight substrates available, there still is nothing like the look and feel of a wood sign. Wood lends itself to dimension and depth through routing, carving and sandblasting. When painted with high quality paint, wood has good outdoor longevity. We have used redwood, balsa and white oak among others to create beautiful outdoor signs that convey traditional signage needs. While it may be pricier than other materials due to it being so labor intensive, there is no denying the fact that wood signs are special.
