Reception Area and Outdoor Monument Signage
National Cinemedia, formerly United Artists, hired Pro Signs to create this reception area sign with their new identity. Starting with a piece of 3' x 8' clear/matte acrylic for the background, the edges were beveled and polished.The lettering is aluminum overlay onto three depths of black sintra, the small type is 1/2", cinemedia is 1" and the "C" is 2 inch. The orange color is powder coated, while the balance is powder coated a light gray. The large "C" is polished aluminum and then brushed to give it the appearance of depth. The hanger bars for this installation were custom fabricated from 2" round acrylic with standoff hardware caps to hold the sign. Front spot lighting creates dramatic highlights and cast shadows.
Outdoor Monument - the basic components are the same for the exterior signage as the interior sign. The sign is mounted within an anodized aluminum frame, to avoid rust and then bolted to the concrete foundation with front spot lighting.
